Cancellation Policy

I CANCEL THE TRIP-Trips will be cancelled if the wind speed is above 10 miles per hour on the open water or if a storm is due in the area during our time out on the water. My decisions are made by review of the most current weather forecasts and radar. You will be notified by cell phone if I cancel so it is your responsibility to have the phone on and with you the day of the trip. Sometimes I will call the night before the trip. If in doubt, call and ask. The weather on Jordan Lake may be very different than at your house, and high wind can cause more adventure than you may want!

IF YOU SIGN UP FOR A TRIP and cancel less than 24 hours before trip time you will be asked to pay in full for the trip. This is because of the nature of the small group experience. If the group is only 8 people and your group of 2 cancels it is a significant loss. My goal is to keep the small group experience and I can only do that with your help. Thanks…Susanne
